Further development of law

Everyone should have the opportunity to realise their right to a self-determined end of life in the same place where they live – in a lawful and secure procedure and in the presence of their loved ones. In order to enforce this right internationally, Dignitas conducts court proceedings in various countries, participates in third-party proceedings, is involved in political consultation procedures for legislative changes and advises on the development of new laws.
